whether any changes in vat rate (delhi) in UPS ?
previous rate is 12.5%.

It is 4%(upto 2011,may be now 5%) as per entry 41/3 of schedule III of DVAT Act.......MJK
From 21 june 2012, vat charge @ 12.5% on UPS
Now 12.5%
