Vat rate on Ipod in Karnataka

Dear Freinds,

I want to know why there are two Vat rate i.e. 4% on Ipod Touch and Classsic, and 12.5% on Ipod Shuffle and Nano in Karanataka.

Please give me the basic difference why two rates on a single product ?
