NOTIFICATION
THE MAHARASHTRA VALUE ADDED TAX ACT, 2002.
No. VAT 15107 C.R. 52 (A)/ Taxation-1.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-entry (8) of entry 107 of SCHEDULE C appended to the Maharashtra Value Added Tax Act, 2002 (Mah. IX of 2005), the Government of Maharashtra hereby, with effect from the 1st May 2010, amends the Government Notification, Finance Department, No .VAT 1505/C.R.233/ Taxation-1, dated the 23rd November 2005, as follows, namely :—
In the SCHEDULE appended to the said notification after entry 38, the following entry shall be added, namely:—
| “39. | - | - | 9018 90 32 | Blood transfusion apparatus.”. |

No. VAT 15107 C.R.52 (B)/ Taxation-1 - In exercise of the powers conferred by entry 56 of SCHEDULE A appended to the Maharashtra Value Added Tax Act, 2002 (Mah. IX of 2005), the Government of Maharashtra hereby with effect from the 1st May 2010, amends the Government Notification, Finance Department, No, VAT.15097 C.R.81-B (1)7 Taxation-1, dated the 29th June 2009, as follows, namely:—
In the said notification, after entry 10, the following entry shall be added, namely:—
“11. Solar lanterns.”

No.VAT 15107 C.R. 52 (C)/ Taxation-1.— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (&) of entry 94 of SCHEDULE C appended to the Maharashtra Value Added Tax Act, 2002 (Mah. IX of 2005), the Government of Maharashtra hereby, with effect from the 1st May 2010, amends the Government Notification, Finance Department, No.VAT.15057 C.R.165/ Taxation-1, dated the 1st June 2005, as follows, namely:—
In the said notification,—
(1) in entry 25, after the word, “potato” the word “and sabudana” shall be added.
(2) after entry 28, the following entries shall be added, namely:—
“29. Khandvi
30. Channa chur.”.

No.VAT 1510/ C.R. 52 (D)/ Taxation-1.— In exercise of the powers conferred by entry 1 of SCHEDULE A appended to the Maharashtra Value Added Tax Act, 2002 (Mah. IX of 2005), the Government of Maharashtra hereby with effect from the 1st May 2010, amends the Government Notification, Finance Department, No. VAT. 1505/ C.R.109/ Taxation-1, dated the 1st June 2005, as follows, namely:—
In the said notification, after entry 80, the following entry shall be added, namely:—
“81. HOPE Fabric Vermi Compost Bed. ”.
