My company is purchased one rack in uttrapradesh and in the rack is delivered uttrapradesh.in the state tax is 12.5% vat+1%additional tax .my company in hyderabad, but interstate tax is 2% againest c form released.another company is not acepetence 2% tax and c form. in the company bill rased 13.5% on vat rate.
In the vate rate is acepetence or not please give me suggesion.

sales tax 2% against Form C will be acepted when your company is registered with vat department for trading rack .
if you are not registered with vat department for rack trading then you can not issu Form C.
