MAY NYBODY TELL IF I SALE GOODS TO NY CUSTOMER WHO DONT HVE TIN NO.....IS IT NECESSARY TO SHOW IN MY VAT RETURN......ACTUALLY I DONT WANT TO PAY OUTPUT TAX TO GOVT. ON THAT SALES BCOZ CUSTOMER IS NOT GOING TO TAKE BENEFIT OF INPUT VAT.....SO MAY NYBODY TELL PLZ IS DERE NY SOLUTION OF DIS
You have to pay output tax even if the cusomer does not have TIN number
Mr. rohit i think without TIN No. not issued tax invoice for output tax & input tax.
