I am Manoj from Bangalore and I wanted solutions for the Vat query
a> Procedure to transfer tin number from one place to another in the same city.
b> I had let out my shop on rent to Mr X, he has ran off overnight after handing me back the shop and now I have let out the shop again on rent to Mr Y. Mr Y has tried to transfer his tin number but SAles Tax Authrities are saying allready there is an exsisting Tin number on the shop and hence his tin number cannot be transffered.. Mr X`s auditor is filling Nil Vat return on behalf of Mr X. How do i solve this issue.
