We are in the business of execution of Civil contracts. In the Civil contracts we use Stone aggregate. We are having our own / captive stone crusher units to produce aggregate and the produced aggregate is consumed in civil works. Please advice us what should be the value we have to consider for the purpose of determining the value of stone aggregate incorporated in the works for the purpose of VAT?
