Vat on Flex Banner & Hoarding
Bank has given a contract to my clint a contract for flex banner & hoarding, my clint subcontract that contract, sub contracter charged VAT so my clint is also charged vat to bank but Bank cut the TDS on it and say that VAT should not be charged but service tax has to be charged i'm confused can some buddy help me

Service tax is chargable on Mounting of vinyl/flex. VAT is chargable on printing of vinyl. TDS is to be deducted by the client on total bill amount, inclusive of VAT/ Service Tax
