if goods are transferred outside the state to another branch having a different vat & cst no,then f form is to be  collected from the receiving branch & no tax has to be collected but  is full credit available for vat paid on purchase of such goods  & transferred or is subject to disallowance

As far in Karnataka. The input tax paid to the extent of 2% will have to apportioned in the ratio of taxable turnover and stock transfers to arrive at the ineligible input tax.
