I have file my client VAT return of 2017-18. on February 19.
I have balance capital goods ITC
is more than 6L.
now.
can I take same ITC in GST

No now you can't transfer it. so you have to claime it into VAT

Sorry to tell that amount is not eligible for refund under VAT and cant be transferred to GST as due date for TRAN-1 form is completed.
