1. Whether input tax credit of vat is avilable on the purchases made by head office & regional offices against tax invoice or it is only available on the purhase made by manufacturing plant against tax invoice, and if it can only be availed by manuf.plant then please tell me the reason & respective section or circular/notification etc.
