VAT input credit on capital goods

I am engaged in trading of hardware in Delhi and registered in VAT. I have purchased computer and printer from Delhi

Also purchased delivery van from Haryana

pl tell me if VAT input on capital goods are available on both the above items or not.

VAT Input can be claimed on capital assets purchased. In Indirect Expenses you cannot calim input vat

NO MAN , U CANT CLAIM INPUT CREDIT ON THE ITEMS WHICH IS CAPITAL IN NATURE AND NOT DIRECTLY RELATED TO MANUFACTURING.

on computer purchased from delhi you will get input tax credit. i think in delhi it is being alloed in 36 installments. delivery van purchased from haryana, you will not get anything.

As per APVAT Act 2005 You can claim input tax credit on capital goods used for business purpose only subject to condition as specified Rule 20(2) ( NEGATIVE LIST). sir, we are expanding our rice mill unit with all additional machinery like boiler, driyer,rice miling machinery.In every stage, some contruction civil work alo be needed. Boiler was purchsed from out of state. Driyer plant machinery was purchased in within the state. Rice milling machinery to be from out of country. rice mill is a manufacturing unit. So please inform the stages on what we get input credit . please clarify my doubt about the material used in civil works of rice mill for the sake of input credits on iron,cement,machenry ect., purchased within the state. please clarify as per andhra pradesh vat act rules.
