if I have received vat bill after 30.6 whether I can take the credit of vat In gst ??

Yes if goods recorded in book within 1 month. Capital goods not in loist- maybe added later. Goods in transit/

According to CBEC one of the statement states that for availability of input credit:The date of invoices or any other prescribed duty / tax paying documents is within 12 months from the date of transitioning to GST.

OK so I can book vat bill after 30 June and transfer the vat credit to sgst ?
