what is the difference between VAT TDS and VAT in Goa and in which
form no. returns are filed.
As per Goa VAT Act 2005, VAT is for normal trading of goods whereas VAT TDS is for works contract.
For VAT normal Form III (3) is filed and for VAT TDS Form XXVII (27) is filed as return. Both VAT and VAT TDS are on quarterly basis irrespective of turnover.
