Shree Ram Reddey --- VAT 47 is like transit pass when you import goods from out side the state and need to issue VAT-47 first. otherwise there may be penalty U/s 78 ----- VAT-47 is required only for the goods mentioned in the notification. other than these goods you need not required to use VAT-47---- pushpendra
