Is there a basic VAT exemption limit of Rs. 5 Lakh annual turnover available for Manufacturer of aluminium products?
or this limit is just applicable to dealers?

Rs. 5 Lacs exemption is for every one not only for dealer if you are manufacturing concern then you can also avial benefit of 5 Lacs Exemption for vat registration
