VAT IS A STATE SUBJECT AND EXEMPTION CAN ONLY BE GIVEN BY A PARTICUALR STATE GOVERNMENT.
PLEASE GO TO YOUR STATE'S VAT DEPARTMENT WEB-SITE AND SEARCH THE EXEMPTION LIST.
