Hi, Im a Small scale busines propreitor. Just started to sell footwears outside my state [TN]. Normally, I charge/pay 5% VAT for sales inside my state. What will be the CST if I sell to all other states in India? Some ppl say, it will be 14.5%. Please clarify.,

1. CST is fixed 5% and 2% if C form provided by the registered dealer.
2. VAT varies in different states.
