I am Service provider. i purchased material during providing service,& paid VAT. how i can take credit of VAT. can i take refund of this paid VAT by filing return can a service provider be registered under VAT act.

No need to register with VAT Authority for Serive Provider. You can not claim VAT paid to authority.
