What is the rate of VAT taxable on sale of "SOLAR PANELS" and related accessories in "Andhrapradesh"

Mr Sathiesh,
I could not find Solar panels in either Sch I or SCH IV,so, it must be chargeable @ 14.5%. However,there can be notification on this. Please confirm from other source also.
