Ours is the manufacturing unit, we constructing new manufacturing plant, can we take cenvat credit of excise, service tax and vat. Kindly advice.

You can take a credit which is releated to manufacturing activity.

you can take the credit of input and capital goods and inputs services (pls refer to the definition of the same)
rest you cant take
