We are builder and registered in GGN sales tax authorities . Our contractor is ABC ltd. ABC has to arrange everything on our behalf except steel which we are purchasing agst C forms from various suppliers & giving it to ABC free of cost.

Can we get the C forms from deptt to be given to steel suppliers??

Our final product is flat .

When on purchased Bill Against C Form is mention in that case you received discount for the same.If you can't give C form for a such bill you have to pay that much difference to party. or party will debit that much amount to you cuz.of failuar to give C form. Means you must give C form for those bills raised against C form Thanks
