19 February 2009In Maharashtra, If a dealer is having the turnover of sales or purchases of Rs. 35 lakhs and the services like maintenance of the equipments (on which service tax is chargeable) is Rs. 10 lakhs. Can it will be treated that the turnover required for VAT Audit i.e. 40 lakhs.
