- Other than Public/Pvt. Ltd. Company: Rs. 5 crores, w.e.f. F.Y. 2012-13.

- For Public/Pvt. Ltd. Company: Mandatory, no threshold criteria applicable.

VAT Audit in Form 88, for the Financial Year 2015-16, is applicable if the Turnover of the assessee / dealer is exceeding which financial turnover limit.
What is the last date for that audit?Fine limit?

As per sec 30E the monetary limit of filing Audit Report in Form 88A has heen raised form 5 crore to 10 crore & w.e.f 1 aprl 2015.
So, for the Financial Year monetary limit 5 crore.
