Dear Friends,

I am shipping(selling) some equipment from Bangalore to Hyderabad against to C-form. what all the documents required while shipping? and also i need to show freight,installation and packing charges seperate in invoice. what is the vat applicable on the same. kindly help me.

If there are any documents required, where should i procure the same.
