Can any one tell that what is the VAT rate on LPG Gas stove (Domestic Gas Chuhlla) in Delhi & Uttar Pradesh ?

To my best knowledge of UP VAT,it comes in schedule (V) and it will be taxed @ 12.5% +1.5% = 14%
