Can we take VAT credit against those invoices in which specifically "Tax Invoice" has not been included even though the conditions of Tax Invoices has been fullfilled like TIN of Purchaser and seller etc.

I THINK THE WORD TAX INVOICE IN A PROMINENT PLACE IS TO BE NEEDED.THE VAT LEGISLATIONS OF ALL STATES PROVIDE FOR THE CONTENTS OF TAX INVOICE."THE WORD TAX INVOICE IN A PROMINENT PLACE"IS ONE OF THE CONTENTS OF TAX INVOICE.
