I am working in a contract company in which composite contract has been done
any body plz tell me if i hav purchase some goods from a unregistered dealer and sale it to contractee whether i hav to pay vat on sale along with vat on purchase also as i purchase it from unregistered dealer

I think you have to pay tax on sale along with vat on purchase, because of purchasing from the unregistered dealer.

If purchases from unregistered dealer by a register dealer than liability of tax on purchased goods will be on buyer. This is as per the Karanataka vat Act.

Refer section 5 of UP vat act as per which liability tax is on buyer it he has purchased goods from unregistered dealer with some exception on non vat goods
