Does a pvt ltd company require VAT TIN no to buy goods from a registered delear.
The company has just incorporated.

No. There is no need to for the Company to have a VAT Tin No. for buying the Goods. But once the company's turnover exceeds the lmiit, then the Company will have to get itself registered under VAT ie. it will have to get a VAT Tin No.
