Variance in Quarterly Result Ffigure

1.As per listing agreement we have to publish Qrtly result for each quarter , we would like to know as per some specific clause 5% variance is allowed for P&L figure or B/S or Overall Limit or Itemwise Limit  ????

2. Please help,. Which  clause specifies the same of company law.
