A company is providing Variable Dearness Allowance to their employees. For calculating PF for the employees whether the Variable DA should be taken into account or not?

yes, they should be taken in account.
GSTR 9 and 9C for FY 23-24 as amended by Notification 12/2024 dated 10th July 2024(with recording)
