Value of mutual fund to be recorded in balance sheet

Hi.. Kindly find the attachment Plz help me with the calculation of value of Mutual Fund to be recorded in the Balance sheet on 31.03.2016 of a client. Whether it will be Amount Invested of Rs74154 or Opening Balance of Fund minus Rs48000(transfer of amount of Rs4000 every month)?
