Is rule 27 applicable when whole consideration in otherthan money or kind?
or for applicability of this rule some consideration in money is compulsory needed..

if the consideration for a supply of goods and or services is non -monetary in nature either wholly or partly the supply is valued by any of the following methods to under rule 27
