Valuation report - for private placement

Dear All,

Is Valuation report needs to be taken frm the Valuer in case of Private Placement for Private Company?

If yes we need to attached the same i PAS-3? at the time of allotment and also make a disclosure in PAS- 4 mentioning the name and his address?
