Is Valuation Report needs to be taken form a Registered Valuer only?? or Any CA /CS can issue the same?? under private placement
Provisions of registered valuer have not yet been enforced. Refer Explanation to Rule 13(2) of Companies (Share Capital & Debentures) Rules 2014 - CA with minimum 10 years experience can issue the same.
