VALUATION OF SHARES UNDER ESOP
Can anybody tell me whether the shares alloted under ESOP can be allotted at zero value. If it can't be alloted at zero value than how it is valued. Can it be allotted at face value which is say Rs 10/- and the book value is say Rs 200/-. please tell me from unlisted company point of view

I don't understand about zero value ,but Ya , Cashless ESOPs can also be issued
