Dear All,
If i am going to purchase a going concern Pvt. Ltd. Company in which i have already 60 % Share and rest 40 % with other single/multiple individual. Therefore I have to purchase rest 40% shares of the company.
1) How should i valuate the share ?
2) Should I pay 40% share value from my share 60% share value ?
Kindly advice best valuation method.
