Dear All,

If the valuation of share of a Pvt Ltd Co as per Balance Sheet is Rs.45/-share and it issues Share @ Rs.100/- share. Then will all the share transaction be done @ Rs.100/- share and not below that.

If someone can refer the case wrt the same then plz let me know.

From the quoted text I can understand that the Shares have been traded privately. Can you elaborate the reasons for the sale of shares @ Rs. 100/- p.s. and not at Rs. 45/- p.s.
