can anyone guide...suppose there is a building and another vaccant land how they will be valued..for the purpose of amalgamation
and also if anyone know rate of duty on amalgamation in madhya pradesh

for land and building take certificate from certified valuer.
for stamp duty issue plz check this:
At present the Stamp Acts of Six States recognize the order of courts as instruments liable to stamp duty, these states are:
- Maharashtra
- Gujarat
- Karnataka
- Madhya Pradesh
- West Bengal
- Rajasthan
Thus, in these six States the scheme of Merger shall be liable to stamp duties.
