My company is an Unlisted Private Limited Company. I wish to Issue ESOP to employees.
I was told we need to obtain a Valuation Certificate for the purpose of ESOP first.
Who can issue a Valuation Certificate? Any Chartered Accountant? or only Chartered Accountants in practice? or Any valuation expert even if not a CA or CA firm can issue the Valuation Certificate?
