Especially w.r.t answers for questions relating to law the following format should be followed 1. Brief descripttion of the law relating to the case. Quoting the correct section number is not so imp but quoting correct provision is imp. 2. Discussion about the case and applicability of the law to the case 3. Conclusion on the correctness or final interpretation . Most of the students write conclusion first which is not correct. Logical interpretation would not fetch u much marks without proper justification backed by law. Institute will award marks to all the questions answered and finally pics the highest scored ones. The institute is always student friendly. The above answers are based on my experience and also based on discussion with my peers.

division in 3 sections is good, but the appropriate language must be used

we cannot use easy words to explain the answer only standard law words can give the correct though.

I have recently discussed this with a CA who checks the solution of the papers, according to them writing sec. is good explaining the section with ref to case is good but explaining the solution is utmost important

@ ankush okay.so that means if we ve given a logical answer fo any case law, they ll award too less marks.

definition of section must be as it is written not in common used words

explanation should be rich of app. words which provides correct answer.

Logical answer in easy language yes low marks will be awarded
