The BUSINESS LAW ETHICS COMMUNICATION paper has put me in a dielemna.though i have given my best,i am not certain as to was it upto the standards.nervous please help.
(1)Does the examiner give marks if a particular case law is answered correctly but without actually mentioning the provisions given in a particular act(i.e. by mere logic).
(2)In case a student has answered all the questions including the choices,how does the institute award marks??is it on the first 5 answers or the best answers would be selected??
