One of the assessee has toal liability of Rs.2500000 .Servive tax of Rs. 2000000 has already been deposited and after adjusting cenvat credit of Rs.200000, an amount of Rs. 300000 is still payable.
Can assessee file ST-3 without payment of duty, will it be valid return.
