Fist name, Surname & father's name should be as per PAN details so also chek it

There must be some change (may be spelling mistake), in name as per PAN and the signing authority of migrating entity.

Mostly Speling Mistake in Name with CDDT Data, So kindly check it and resubmit

I am also facing this type of error, so I had called the GST Customer Care some days back and they told me that there is a technical problem from our side and you need not to worry. This issue will take sometime to resolve and the said to do it after somedays (most probably on first week of february).

Yes it can be a spelling mistake or name mismatch.
Buts its also true that many clients are facing technical issues from the other side as well.
So once call gst customer care for more clarity.
