Hi Everyone!

I paid Rs. 2000 donation for Uttarakhand Flood Relief. My credit card transaction shows "Chief minister relief fund".

I downloaded the receipt at that time, but the receipt does not have all required information.

Now, I need,

Name of Donee:

City:

Pin Code:

State:

PAN Card number:

Does anyone have any idea about this? I want to get 100% deduction under section 80G. But, I do not have details to fill.

Chief minister relief fund of which state? As for some Pan is available and for some PAN is not available like AAATR3879C is of Rajasthan,AAAGM0036M is of Uttrakhand

So first check this

Lest In case of Donee funds setup by Government as described in Section 80G (2), use PAN as "GGGGG0000G"

My credit card statement shows "Chief Minster Relief". Payment was made using ICICI credit card through website www.uk.gov.in

I am sorry, I do not know if it applies with section 80G(2). But, the website is govt. website, so seems like the funds were setup by govt. But, still I do not have other details like city, pin code and so on.

The state should be Uttaranchal.
