Recently somehwhere i read that while attestating document, BS, P&L mentioning Membership number and Firm number is mandatory. Please guide where should i find that?

Make use of stamps such as for stamp,round seal while attesting.
My question is whether mentioning M No. and FRN is mandatory, while attesting ?
