I need to enquire what all legal requirements is done to use a foreign brand in india..
there is this case study, an indian trader of shoes, looking forward to use a philipine brand in india. What all is needed to be done, for doing so?

You can enter into a Trademark License Agreement with the foreign company to use its brand in india alongwith the NOC for doing so. It will suffice your purpose.
