A consent letter from your father along with ownership document in the name of your father like registry papers or electricity bill will also suffice if it is in the name of your father.

No need for that.
Consent Letter will be enough.
Fathers Name is also entered in the GST registration under Proprietor details so that will serve the purpose.

You will have to take registration in Delhi also to sell goods from there.
Intra state or inter state will depend on where you are selling to.

The property is my wife name and i want to apply for GST under proprietorship, is it possible to do GST registration, then if possible means what are the documents we required? please tell me.
