I forgot my ID and Password after I filled my ITR for the first time. I got message to resubmit the return. What to do to recover my user ID and password?

Your User ID is your PAN
There are different options to recover/reset your pass word like Answer Secret Question, using One Time Pin received on your mobile & E-mail or through help-desk no. 1800 4250 0025 etc.
