I have a software lease agreement for a period of 99 years.if i capitalise the said as asset, what would be the useful life should i taken for computing depreciation.

You have apply AS-19 for this transaction
you have to follow Ind As 38 - which deals with intangible assets. As per As-38, the you can follow either cost model or revaluetion model
