Use of mobile phone in branch premises

THE UNDERSIGNED IS A CUTOMER OF UNITED BANK OF INDIA , CHANDITALA BRANCH, PO-CHANDITALA, DIST-HOOGHLY, PIN- 712702,, PHONE NO – 03212260224, WESTBENGAL . MYSELF IS A SAVINGS ACCOUNT HOLDER OF THAT PARTICULAR BRANCH HAVING ACCOUNT NO-0165010448178. AT THE TIME OF OF MY BANKING FOR CASH DEPOSIT ON 26--02-2014 THERE IS A CALL ON MY MOBILE PHONE FOR MY PERSONAL PURPOSE AND WHEN I RECEIVED THE SAME SOMEBODY FROM GENERAL BANKING DEPARTMENT GIVES A SOUND THAT PLEASE DO NO ACCEPT MOBILE PHONE INSIDE BANK PREMISES DURING BUSINESS HOUR OF THE BANK, AND THAT POINT OF TIME I SAW ANOTHER BANKER PERSON IS TALKING ON HIS MOBILE PHONE . INSTANTLY I DISCONNECT THE LINE AND LEFT THE BRANCH FOR THAT CALL ON CELLPHONE . WHEN I ASKED THE BRANCH MANAGER ABOUT THE CIRCULAR OF UBI AND RBI ABOUT THE USE OF MOBILE PHONE INSIDE THE BRANCH PREMISES HE DID NOT GIVE ANY PROPER REPLY AND THEREAFTER ON MY SEVERAL REQUEST HE CANNOT GIVE ME PROPER REPLY DUE TO HIS BUSYNESS. IT IS CORECT THAT THE B.M IS ALWAYS BUSY WITH SOME WORK. MY COMPLAIN IS THAT BEING A CUSTOMER , I MUST ASKED TO KNOW THE EXACT DIRECTIONS /LAW / CIRCULAR / PROTOCOL ABOUT USE OF MOBILE PHONE INSIDE BRANCH PREMISES NOT ONLY BY CUSTOMERS BUT THE FOR THE BANKERS ALSO. I HAVE NO COMPLAIN ON THE CUSTOMER SERVICE OR AGAINST ANY PARTICULAR EMPLOYEE OF THE BRANCH. THANKS—SURAJIT MONDAL
